So in our ward I think we have the only dating commitee in the church. Last Friday we had a pumpkin-carving date night and it was a lot of fun and this was our pumpkin. And we actually won.. We won massages! I have really never won anything in my life so I am not gonna lie, it felt good. We saw these white pumpkins at the pumpkin patch and max, my date, was thinking outside the box.
This was family night on monday and we went all out. I was Pebbles Flinstone and had a "rockin" good time...haha.

In our pediatric unit on Halloween morning we had a parade for all the kids who couldn't go out trick-or-treating. I loved it. My leukemia kids came back as well and the little red nija is my favorite patient...if we are allowed to have favorites. He is always happy and never complains and he is suffering from leukemia. He has the biggest dimples, always says thank you, and tells me how much he appreciates me (my favorite quality). It's funny how much I love these kids. The cowgirl is one of my favorite nurses I work with.

Katie- You are so lucky to work in such an amazing field! I am truly jealous- your job looks so rewarding- but of course, I am so happy for you :) I love the costumes- and the ninja does have dimples to die for- so cute!
Super cute pics Katie!
But, I wanted to make sure you got signed permission to take these pictures of your patients. It is a HIPAA violationif you didn't. I'm not meaning to be the HIPAA police, but I would hate for you to get in trouble if someone sees it.
