Krissi and Dallen came in town last weekend for a wedding reception and Krissi had a fun full day planned out for me. We went to lunch, went shopping, and ended up in a fabulous group date. It was with Kris and Dallen, Joe and Christa, Ginny and Colby, and I got set up on a hot blind date with Taylor. It was nice of Joe and Christa to trust me with one of their friends. It's funny to see how everyone has ended up. All 3 of the true couples were dating the summer that Krissi and I were up here and two of them are married and the other engaged. So it was a fun filled night of friends. Bowling was a hoot, especially when Joe stepped up to the lane in a Veloceraptor manor. And I can officially say this and will never be able to claim it again, but I totally won at bowling (on my lane anyways)! It is nice to be up here because times like these make it feel a little more home-y. Being with Krissi was sure fun and it felt like we were reunited once again in all our glory. She sure is such a wonderful friend. I know I tend to go off sometimes, but I think too often we don't tell people how we feel and they would never know. So I was thinking about all my times with Kris and what a good friend she has been to me since the 6th grade...yes that long! One thing that really stands out to me about her is how selfless, loving, and forgiving she is. She was never into drama in high school and whenever I started to be dramatic, she would just tell me it wasn't a big deal and to let it go. I can honestly say that Krissi was the reason for my high school experience being so fun and less dramatic (if you can imagine that). So thanks girl. There is much more I can say, but that is my favorite. It was a great weekend!

That was one of the best dates I've had a in awhile!! Katie you are so much fun...I can't tell you how happy I am that you live her now. We need to plan another date here soon and this time, "spoons with curses" is definitely in order!

Hey Katie winning the game! I'm so proud. Krissi is the best so I'm glad you hit that one on the head.
