one place...to another

Moving and more moving.... So I officially moved to Utah. My mom was so gracious and she helped pack me up and make the long trek up. It was sure fun to spend some girl time with her. So when I got up here it was freezing. But since we have been here we have made lots of friends and our ward is so friendly and outgoing. I really think I am gonna like it here. We have already had some crazy game nights and it's only going to get better. I really like our complex. I think the selling point was the parking garage so I don't have to scrape snow off my car every morning.
It sure is fun living with Taryn and Syrell at last. Ever since our EFY days we have wanted to room and I never thought it would happen, especially being graduated and all. But luckily someone knows me better than I know myself and we are finally living together. It's a blessing and I look forward to our adventures ahead. I am looking for a job and I plan to take some fun classes in the spring.

Katie- So much is going on, Taryn is home, you moved to Utah? What is going on ha ha. So your living in Utah, still doing nursing? Taryn is home, wow, that is neat. Do you know if or when she gives her homecoming talk here? Do not be a stranger, let us know what is going on with our favorite Salmon!!!

Hey, there. I didn't know you were going to move to Utah. That seems to be where everyone is ending up. I hope you enjoy it there. If you plan on skiing/snowboarding a lot while you are there, enjoy the slopes a little bit in my behalf while I am passing through winter in short sleeves. I will just enjoy the snow by proxy.

The Latest...

Recently, I packed up my Western self and moved out East to a little place called Virginia. My parents relocated out here about 2 years ago, so it was time I check out VA for myself. It is in the DC metro area, so we spend lots of fun time in the city or in the country. I am still working as a pediatric nurse and looking to maybe move towards the non-profit or political side of health care. I gained a new family member in the form of a Chinese exchange student named Donna, and I love being with my parents again. Life is good.
