Va Beach

The Salmon Family vacation was quite an adventure this time as we went East Coast rather than West Coast.
Gracie and I were best buds this trip and it was just so fun to have her there to talk to and laugh with.  My favorite was listening to my ipod together and her loving all the new songs by "Feline (Celine)" and Sarah (Barrielles).  She would squeeze into the beach chair with me and we'd just lay back and enjoy the waves and our tunes.  We were having "So fun" as she called it.
Our trip ranged from a monster truck ralley, family bike rides, kite flying, Williamsburg, walking the boardwalk, chillin at the beach, mini golfing in the rain, getting set up on a fun date by Matt E and Lara, eating out and going to movies (I do love that about my family).
One day while it was raining we went to an aquarium and saw all our friends from under the sea and saw the coolest I-MAX.  I love going to those 3-D shows and I love learning about dinosaurs (as weird as it is to admit) so I was pretty happy with the whole show.

It was such a fun trip and oh so good to see everyone.  How I do love my little Salmon clan.  I dare say that we have the more fun together than one can usually have, but it's true, so why deny it!  Thanks Mom and Dad!  What a nice break.

The Latest...

Recently, I packed up my Western self and moved out East to a little place called Virginia. My parents relocated out here about 2 years ago, so it was time I check out VA for myself. It is in the DC metro area, so we spend lots of fun time in the city or in the country. I am still working as a pediatric nurse and looking to maybe move towards the non-profit or political side of health care. I gained a new family member in the form of a Chinese exchange student named Donna, and I love being with my parents again. Life is good.
