krissi and emery come to utah!

For the first time I had the privilege of meeting the lovely miss emery. She is so darn beautiful and I had so much fun cuddling her. Kris came in town and we spent the whole day together. I met her and her family at this cute little village filled of all kinds of cute boutiques....such a girl's paradise.
Then I kidnapped Kris and Emery and we went the the dinosaur museum that I have wanted to go to every time I pass by it. We didn't get to look at the exhibits (don't worry, I will be going back!) but we saw this awesome 3-D movie about the ocean. I was loving it.
We actually looked pretty stinkin' attractive in those 3D goggles. I think they should have been a little bigger personally.
Then that night we went and visited Christa and her new baby boy, Harrison. It was so good to be with the girls again and talk about our fun summer together up here in Utah before everyone went on to experience the rest of their lives.  What a good day it was! And it was so good to see Kris and Em. Chicago is just not close enough...and emery is a lucky girl to have kris for a mom.

The Latest...

Recently, I packed up my Western self and moved out East to a little place called Virginia. My parents relocated out here about 2 years ago, so it was time I check out VA for myself. It is in the DC metro area, so we spend lots of fun time in the city or in the country. I am still working as a pediatric nurse and looking to maybe move towards the non-profit or political side of health care. I gained a new family member in the form of a Chinese exchange student named Donna, and I love being with my parents again. Life is good.
